“So I have an older Tacoma, and needed new tires. I always ran the BFG TA KO2’s on it, but I wanted to change it up this time and go with the KM3’s (more aggressive mud tires). Devon from discount tire was awesome! They had the KM3’s on my truck within less than an hour. Devon gave me a voucher to get my truck aligned right down the street. Everything was excellent. Fast forward to about month after I had put the new KM3’s on my truck. They were too loud for my everyday interstate driving. I was kinda bummed, because I thought that I was just stuck with them. Took my truck back up to Discount Tire to see Devon again and he hooked me up! He was able to switch the tires back to the TA KO’s that I was accustomed to (much quieter). This place is very professional and will have you out of the door in no time. I would recommend and will be using them going forward in the future for all my tire needs. Thank you, again Devon!”

“Great place for inspections. They can generally fit you in if you get there early although can get busy near the end of the month. Last time I got one I had barely sat down in their waiting room and they were already finished.I'm not sure how they are for other services but will be giving them a try sometime soon”

“Super experience on a Sunday morning at Mavis Tires in Mooresville. I made an 11am appt, since thankfully they were open on a Sunday! Rodney was incredibly helpful at the front desk, I explained the problem that I had low PSI in one tire so thought it was a slow leak & he said it could be related to the weather. In the end, I only waited perhaps 20 min then he let me know the tires were fine & they improved the PSI for all the tires to handle the cold weather! Great service and I really appreciate the honest assessment since I expected to pay for at least two new tires! I will definitely go back when we are ready to replace our tires! So I would highly recommend, and thanks Rodney!”

“I enjoy visiting BJ's. Primarily, to fill up the car with their best-priced gasoline! In the area, no one beats BJ's and this suits my budget. When I go inside to browse the isles, there are always tempting new items to add to my cart. There are drinks, snacks, fresh vegetables and fruits, meats, wine, and they even have some clothing items for kids, men, and women. I picked up a nice swimsuit​ this week. The self check-out helps me get out in a jiffy. The one thing missing here is a snack bar. There is none so don't go hungry!”

“Had it not been for Michael Johnson in accounting, this would be a 1-star review. I had a bad experience purchasing a certified used vehicle from this location and Michael helped make up for what his colleagues and/or this business lacks which seems to be integrity or attention to detail or both. I see other reviews about the bait-and-switch tactic and I wish I had discovered these reviews prior to committing to purchasing this vehicle here. I had a similar experience wherein they advertised the car as CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) for a particular price and then when I went to purchase it they asked if I would like to add the certification (...what?). You can't advertise a car as certified used (see screenshot) and then turn around and say it's actually not certified but you can pay more $ to have it certified. It was obvious that they would be receiving way over market value for the car as a result. I could have reported them and kept looking but I had been looking for this specific year, model, and color in manual shift and certified for quite a while. It didn't end at $ issues sadly... Even though the description said "PRISTINE!" I still did my due diligence and specifically asked the salesperson to inspect the vehicle on my behalf and tell me if there was any damage at all (out-of-state purchase) since any flaws would of course positively affect my negotiating power. They said there was nothing wrong so I purchased the car and when it arrived on the truck, I immediately saw two areas of damage (see photos). Complaining to the transport company who I assumed caused the damage, they showed me that they had marked those areas of damage prior to loading the vehicle onto their truck and the dealership had even signed off on it. So there was obvious damage and the dealership didn't disclose it. I had to spend more time and money to fix the two damaged areas. Fortunately, Michael fought on my behalf to have me reimbursed by the dealership! Hugely generous of him to spend time and energy on this and ensure that the right thing was done. He added 3 more stars to this review as a result. Bonus: the engine on the car died after a few months. Fortunately, because I 'added' the certification to the deal, the cost of replacing it was covered. Massively inconvenient and took weeks but it was covered. Praying the rest of it remains intact and I can get the most value out of it from here on out. Michael is a great guy! I don't think he's a salesperson, he's in accounting, but ask for him.”

“This was my second visit to this Sam's location, but first time inside. Previously I did a buy online, pickup in store order and that experience was great. This time I needed to put my eyes on the shelf to see if they had what I needed. Many of the spaces were empty and some of the items I'm used to seeing in Sam's were not there. Supply chain issues are hitting everyone and Sam's is not exempt. I visited just before closing so the store was not busy at all. The layout is very different from the location I'm used to, but I noticed that it was very clean overall. Several self checkout lines were available and wait time was not an issue.”
