I've been at CrossFit Davidson for almost a year now, and I love it! I've had the opportunity to work out at a number of CrossFit gyms in different cities while traveling, and as lovely as they all have been, every time I'm reminded that the quality of CrossFit Davidson is far above and beyond anywhere else I've been. The intentional programming, thoughtful coaching, friendliness of the coaches and community, cleanliness, nutrition coaching, etc. all shine and are well worth the investment. I don't know what I did to deserve it, but I'm so lucky to call this place my CrossFit home. This place is truly special!

Dropped in for a class on a Saturday as I was traveling through town. Both the staff and the regular members were friendly and encouraging throughout the workout. The WOD itself was definitely a good challenge. I'll be dropping in again next time I'm in Davidson.

Great place to improve yourself both physically and mentally. Owner/Sam is an excellent coach who can adjust the workout to fit anyones fitness level.

I’ve moved a lot and have been part of several CrossFit gyms. This is the best one, hands down! The coaching is top notch and they do a great job scaling to each individual level - whether your brand new, experienced or recovering from an injury. The community is fantastic as well.

Amazing group of people dedicated to meeting you where you are while helping you achieve and celebrate your milestones. This place is great for everyone and all abilities. It’s literally best part of my day, and yes, even on days when burpee and thrusters are in the workouts… Lol

Super friendly staff & clean gym — loved the programming too. This is a must drop-in if you’re an experienced CrossFitter traveling through the area. And if you’re on the fence about starting CrossFit, can’t think of a better gym with plenty of scaling options for athletes of all abilities!

I never used to work out before but one day decided to make a charge and try this. A month in I cannot not stop raving about it. Three months in I am excited to wake up at 5AM and get my workout in. Doing this is helping me all throughout my life and I can only say I'd wished I'd started sooner. Being a part of a group that is supportive and encouraging and helping to push past what I thought I could do alone. I cannot say enough great things about everyone who works there. They are knowledgeable and supportive and encouraging and guiding and the best.

This is a great gym, the coaches are top notch and the membership is open and friendly. I have been to other boxes that were cliquish and this gym is not that way at all. Coaches are very encouraging and helpful.. the Level method system is great and gives you ideas on weights to use and also provides method to measure progress! I would encourage anyone thinking about it to just come in and try it!

Excellent CrossFit Box with a great friendly group atmosphere. Plenty is space and equipment for workouts. Facility is very clean and has full service locker rooms with showers. Great programming and coaching.
