Stopping service due to moving was a breeze. 6 minutes. Meanwhile, CLT water took an hour and told me their system just went down and they would call me back. I have not heard back from them.

During my three years in Huntersville, this was absolutely the best power service I've ever had. I wish I could take it with me back to Charlotte

So far so good, been a customer less than 6 months but they've been reasonable and helpful throughout.
