“I was absolutely amazed. I brought my 8 year old Honda accord in to see if it could be detailed. My car is not garaged and as a result I had dirt(mold is what Josh called it) deeply embedded on the car's surface.. I left my car and within 2 plus hours it looked brand new! I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of automobile detailing. Josh is a super nice guy and will take good care of your vehicle.”
“I came in today looking for help with something customizations on a PC and the girl that helped me was simply amazing. Gretel (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) was SUPER helpful. She helped reassure me that my PC would be protected and even helped me check if I qualified for the credit card after me telling her it possibly wouldn’t approve me. She was amazing. I really enjoyed talking to her, very personable. Don’t get me wrong, everyone at this store greeted me with a smile but Gretel went above and beyond for me. 10/10 will come again when I need something again!”
“I recently switched back to Verizon from T-Mobile, and Assata (store manager) was incredibly helpful. There were problems with my account from the transfer, and she was able to figure out every one of the issues. The amount of knowledge she has about everything from Verizon's system to the phones themselves is incredibly impressive. “Shae the manager has been a blessing to work with! Rent a center was not willing to do a short term lease for us. We had family coming g in from out of town for two weeks and just needed a bed for that. Shae got us set up with a new, comfortable bed for our parents stay. During their stay with us our refrigerator went out. We currently lease our home and the turn around time for any issues is terrible with them. I called Shae back because her customer service was so wonderful. She had a refrigerator delivered to me by the end of the day. Thanks for alleviating the issue for me so quickly and effortlessly.”
“I went into this store after being lied to and used as a vessel to make a sale at the Huntersville location and received the up most help from the ladies at this location. Kristin is the best!!!! I recommend anyone who has metro pcs not to go into the Huntersville Location and recommend all to do business at the Mooresville location, you won't be disappointed. “So this 7-11 is in a great location, is fairly new looking, and seems safe. Pros-I love the car wash! It's newer so it really seems to give my car a thorough wash for the base price, lots of pumps and I've never seen any closed for service, and anytime I've gone inside the actual 7-11 convenience store part, it's been clean, well stocked, and I've experienced really friendly employees. 7-11 also gives you a really good discount for gas if you sign up for their rewards program. Cons- the pumps don't take chip cards and the card I prefer to use (a chip card but I've used the magnetic strip before so I know it works) won't work in any of their pumps so I have to use my bank card which is not my favorite thing to do. Also, (and this is Charlotte, so it really could happen anywhere here) someone was shot and killed there at 10 in the morning recently which is disconcerting.At any rate, I still go here and think it's way better than the gas station closest to me.”

“Went to Verizon regarding an issue with my voicemail not alerting me of phone call messages. Tech Specialist, Greg, listened attentively and began troubleshooting the issue. I learned that my VPN needed to be "off" for phone and voicemail. Greg tested the voicemail, but it still was not working properly. He called Verizon tech support, and we learned that approximately one year ago, someone had "call forwarded" my number to a number I did not recognize (wondering if/how my phone was hijacked). Verizon was not able to see who my voicemails were going to, only a local phone number. Verizon was able to confirm that the forwarding number was not a Verizon number. We were told to call *73 which "unforwarded" my voicemail. Greg, thank you for your diligence, patience, and expert assistance to resolve the issue.”

“I just had the most awesome customer service experience with Cameron, who seemed to be a Manager at this location in downtown Mooresville, NC (on Main St.). I had placed a large holiday photo order that had several problems, and the patience and kindness that he extended to me while helping to fix it was so wonderful that I'll probably never forget him. While we worked together to fix the situation for over an hour, I noticed that he was also patient and kind with his coworkers. At a time when this world feels pretty overwhelming and crazy, and when people never know what others are going through, he was a light that truly made my Christmas. I hope he can somehow be recognized by CVS for his high character and intentional kindness.”

“TC and Tahani we're working very hard overnight shift. I came in and witnessed probably after hours people had messed up the restroom. These people have to work too diligently here to fix and prepare all the food and coffee, etc. TC did not stop while I was there.I'm frustrated was actually the coffee machine it took me about 35 minutes to fill my cup I am in over the road trucker I used to be able to fill my cup in several minutes to me. This is not acceptable go back to the old way instead of spending a half hour in there I spent almost an hour trying to get my coffee and go to the restroom. Thanks TC for being positive but in reality I had to pay for a full size coffee and a refill. My cost was four dollars and 42 again I am over the road. It's hard for me to find a parking spot. I only got a few hours sleep anyway it had to move on down the road, I always enjoy 711's but thought I would point out. These guys attitude was great. People are late for work in America because of coffee machines lol.”
