“Excellent, professional service! Needed body & paint work on a 2013 Nissan Kicks due to collision. Color of car is Autumn, burnt orange. Couldn't believe when I picked up my car how the color matched perfectly with original paint color. Color matching was a concern I initially had but Brian and his staff knocked it out of the park! “This is one of the bigger NAPA stores. Got a battery replacement for my motorcycle. Gave me the choice of a lithium battery. Very lightweight and smaller footprint. So far so good. I’ll have to purchase a separate lithium battery if I need to recharge. One drawback. Parts guy was very helpful. The store in Huntersville is much smaller and did not stock the battery.”

“I really like this company! I've used their very helpful Youtube videos to show me how to work on a few VW's I've owned for several years. They also have great aftermarket items and specialty tools to enjoy your vehicle even more. What really made me happy and feel great, was a recent issue I had with a tool I bought over 2 years ago. After explaining how the tool broke to customer support, they went above and beyond by finding a spare they had in shop and mailed that out to me for free! Talk about SOLID Customer Support! I've rarely experienced that level of taking care of a customer from any business, It's incredible to see that kind of action from anyone let alone a business.”
