“Customer service representative” was dismissive and less than helpful. Had to ask cashiers policy questions. I ended up researching and providing information to the branch.

This location is outstanding both in Customer Service, and professionalism. The clerk Liz is just amazing, and her co-workers all make visiting this location very pleasant.
