“Running an online business, drop off is a breeze with them. There has been a few times where a customers package was marked delivered and it wasn’t there. You can ask the post master for GPS coordinates on exactly where it’s delivered. If it was misdelivered they’re obligated to retrieve it and redeliver.”

“I just gave one star because you had to buy I would give negative if I could. I was their this morning and for the second time, caught a really bad attitude from the lady at the desk. She was also very rude to a sweet old white lady that walked in but in comes this black lady and she became the nicest person. I called her out on it and she just got more of an attitude, didn't disagree or anything. I'm not a racist person by no means but when someone is so obviously racist towards me, I'll call them out every time. Also, post master acted like it was no issue at all. She must have been racist to.”

“I had an outstanding experience at this place. When I entered, there was no staff available at the window for service. Initially, I didn't notice the bell, but a kind gentleman helped me locate it and ring it. Then, Mr. Nicholas Bullock assisted me with my mail, which included two return shipments. He displayed exceptional patience, attentiveness, and guided me on how to track my forwarded and returned mails. Unfortunately, I forgot my physical cards today, and despite attempting to pay with Apple Pay more than three times, we encountered difficulties. However, Mr. Bullock diligently worked to find alternative payment solutions. Fortunately, another gentleman Mr. Makwana overheard my predicament and graciously offered to pay with his card, allowing me to transfer the amount to him using my phone. Their assistance truly made my day.”

“Small little post office. The gentleman there was quick & efficient. I highly recommend using QR codes & prepaying for USPS services when possible. I love how they can just pull your label & print it for you.”

“I dont know why this postal office has such bad reviews. I went there this week and there was 30 people lined up past the door. I thought "oh my god I'm gonna be here for an hour". Even with that I was still in and out in 20 to 30 minutes. The front desk staff was extremely patient and helpful with me in particular. They helped me to fill out everything properly while keeping the line moving. The service was truly extraordinary especially during the insanely busy holidays.”

“I usually drop off packages at self service or at the counter, but I needed to mail a passport application. Something caught in my throat, & I started coughing. I believe her name was Lauren, the USPS worker who was helping me with expedited shipping. She calmly handed me a bottle of water from a 6 pack at her desk, let me catch my breath & went back to helping me. She was very sweet to my daughter as well. Great service, with a smile & no judgment for coughing (coming out of the past 3yrs when you'd feel like a leper if you coughed in public).”

“I received very excellent service at this location. I had a package that was about to be returned to sender, that I was worried was not going to make it to me. I was helped at the front desk by a very kind person and my issue was solved that morning.”

“These guys are patient and they care about the packages we send. Twice today the gentleman caught errors in my addresses that I did not. He was absolutely patient throughout, helped me, even with my customs form and it was appreciated. I wasn’t having a good day and they got my back. This is not an isolated incident. Personally, I have never had a problem with this post office. And I’ve been coming here for years. From my delivery man to the counter people. Never had a problem. Letter carrier always picks up my outgoing mail even when he doesn’t deliver any! He even told me he’d keep an eye out for my missing cat once. THEY’RE HUMAN BEINGS. They deal with all types of negativity from the general public every day. Most customers treat them as afterthoughts and very few customers will admit they are not as polite as they say in their reviews. I’ve witnessed extremely poor behavior from customers at this location. Reading these negative reviews am I to believe that these people do nothing right? Ever? That is just not true. Customers should understand this and always lead with respect and never be aggressive with them. This is where customers fail. They don’t exhibit proper respect FIRST. Put yourself in the postal workers position just once. These guys are good. Thank you.”
