SCAM!!! Sent my mother a card for mother's day and when she received it, it was opened already with an envelope openers. We're pretty positive the employees are opening cards in hopes that money is there. WHAT in the WORLD!!

This office refuses to answer the phone. Drivers mark packages delivered that are not delivered, and to a "parcel locker" to boot. My complex does not have a parcel locker. Has happened multiple times and you can't even get a live human being on the line.
