This bank is so slow they only have 2 tellers and when you go inside to deposit it take always a long time I try to go to the window but is no better.

Visit the Union street branch Tuesday morning 7/19/22 in Concord. Customer service does not existed, One teller inside and 2 other people in offices Customer service is very much lacking at Truist Bank after your merger. I stood at your customer service 20 minutes with no response from any one not as much as a greeting. Will definitely be finding a new bank to bank with

Nice people but they always seem to have a crisis or too busy to serve customers in the lobby. At least thats what happens when I come inside. They always politely ask if I would like to open an account, but my patience would never allow that.

Their fraud department is a nightmare!! I waited since june 2021 to get my refund for item NEVER RECEIVED! I contacted them 3 times! Sent ALL DOCUMENTS. These people never ever contacted me, I contacted them AGAIN did the paperwork AGAIN! These people had the nerve to tell because of the time passed they can’t help me!! I am LIVID! The time passed is due to SUNTRUST! NOT ME! You FAILED AT EVERY ANGEL! HORRIBLE BANK! Go to Bank OZK they never screw you over like this bank!!!

I made a withdraw from their ATM today and I needed to have a $20.00 bill broken down into $5.00 bills. I walked inside and was greeted by the tellers and asked if they could help me. I asked if they could break a $20.00 bill for $5.00 bills. The teller asked if I had an account with them and I told him I had a mortgage account, but it was paid off. I was told that they could only break a $20.00 for customers who had an account with them. Are you kidding me, I just got the money out of THEIR ATM, it's not like I just got it off the printing press. What happen to customer service and trying to earn someone's business?? I am a business owner, a home owner and I wouldn't put a nickel of my money into their bank. They must have forgotten that they need customers and that there is another bank on the next corner. I would give them a negative rating if I could

It's like a 50's branch. Actuality the whole SunTrust needs updates, old ATM machines, no mobile deposit for businesses, etc. Just called and a lady told me that she couldn't understand me because I'm so loud, that's is not the way to address a customer.
