Staff was unhelpful and didn't want to be there!! I wish they hadn't changed their App!! I can no longer pay my bill over the phone at home or at work. However I have international, nationwide great service for $45 a month. Lat time I went to Verizon they were WAY OVERPRICED and no calls to Canada!!?

The lady at this location is really nice and efficient .I was in and out for new line of service within 20 minutes
