“Came here thinking I was gonna be needing a transmission rebuild but left with a fixed front wheel bearing which saved me a couple thousand dollars. I had a sound that sounded just like a bad wheel bearing but was told by two other shops that it might be the transmission. Luckily I went to go to a transmissions specific shop to get there expert opinion and they delivered. They just earned themselves a new customer.”

The part of the country where I live the closest reliable tuner is 8 hrs away round trip plus he wanted me to leave my Corvette for a few days. With the help of PCM of NC my Corvette is running really great. I highly recommend them. All emails were quickly replied and turn around times from data logs to new tunes was in less than 24 hrs. “My dad owned a service station/repair shop for years so I know a good mechanic when I find one. Endress Auto is a keeper! Our cars both have well over 200K miles on them. Endress keeps them running smoothly. When we have a car in for routine maintenance (e.g. oil change), we never get pressured to have any other work done. The repair costs are always fair and reasonable. Sometimes extraordinarily so...our son (in Charlotte) got an astronomical quote to have his 2010 Camry, which was running very rough, repaired. We convinced him to let Endress take a look. They diagnosed and fixed the problem for 25% of the original quote. Not exaggerating. Now his car runs great. He was thrilled with the outcome and plans to bring his car up here any time it needs work. The folks at Endress are honest, professional, and very skilled at what they do. We can't imagine entrusting our vehicles to anyone else.”

“It is my go to garage for auto repair. Update your hours. I came in at 4:25 the kid cleaning up didn't acknowledge me went into the bathroom. I looked at Google says close time 5:30. Ran a quick errand thinking I would still have until 5:30 I just needed and inspection. The kid looked at me and inquired if he could help me and I said "got time for a quick inspection?" To be told sorry we close at 5. Told him if he would have acknowledged me when I was there at 4:25 all this could have been avoided. Still my go to for Auto Repair”

If its worn, it gets replaced.This service center does great work *and* stands behind their service.They've never suggested a repair outside of what I already knew about and will sit down and explain the process and parts with very little solicitation. You are the only customer when your car hits the rack.I'm a car guy so I'm super picky about who works on my car and how it's done. We've used a couple of other shops and had good work done, but we were never quite as satisfied.If you want dealer quality parts and service without the dealer pricing and pressure, Bowles in Mooresville, NC, has you covered!Simply great work and service! I have no affiliation with them outside of being a really picky car guy who never leaves feeling like I've just been sold an unnecessary repair, ever.”

Price sometimes is a little more than the salvage yards that warranty for 30 days but well worth the 6mo and 1 yr warranties they offer. No issues whatsoever with customer service.
