“I love the staff and everything about them are customer service oriented and exceeding expectations. I tell all my doctors about this place and if anyone wants to be "wowed" , give them a try. They will be the "gold standard" for you with all other Pharmacies from that point on.”

“This pharmacy has been nothing short of amazing. Transferred from the big box CVS pharmacy where we had nothing but issue after issue for our son’s medication. If you have questions they take time to answer them, and do not make you feel like a bother. They get RX ordered if they don’t have it on hand and filled promptly. Which is an amazing thing for us as the medications we need are very important. You don’t feel like just a number or forgotten. If you haven’t made the switch, do it now! They are fantastic.”

They have everything you might need in a drugstore! Give them a try if you haven’t already! I love my Realo drugstore and all the staff that helps me and my family!”

“I've had an issue once where a medication manufacturer was not able to provide my very common prescription. This went on for many days, maybe a couple of months. These Rx are for your health, to keep you alive and well. When this happened they should ha e made a management decision to change suppliers OR seek out other Pubkix pharms that did have them in stock and transfer the inventory.
Instead they redirected me to travel to another Publix 20+ miles away.

This reached a point once where one pharmacy staff became argumentative and did not respect patient privacy. She did not like the fact of a customer providing her an experienced management suggestion. The drive thru is rarely open and they're closed for lunch for quite a long time, under staffed, 4 day wait to refill a prescription. 30+ day wait for one of the most common prescriptions there is. 30 days is unacceptable for any health related item. Staff member put the icing on the cake when she allowed a customer behind me to impose on my patient privacy and she rudely snatched my paid prescription out of my hand. Customer service was beyond unacceptable on that occasion and I had a very good notion to have the camera reviewed along with her poor customer service attitude and take it a few steps further! HOWEVER... I do believe she remembers this incident because I habe since received several courtesy calls about various situations.

Edit: It's getting much better as time goes on. The usual 4 day wait is sometimes shorter now, especially if a doctor calls a new script in.”

“Nick at Beddingfield Drugs saved the day for my family! We struggled finding Tamiflu in stock for my son. Beddingfield was the only nearby pharmacy that had one left. Nick went above and beyond to get my prescription transferred and filled within a couple of hours. The other pharmacy cut off the fax they sent and then wouldn't answer the phone for him, so he finally called my son's doctor's office to verify over the phone. I am truly grateful to him and his dedication. Truly great, personable customer service!”

“Love this Walgreens. Store is organized, staff is kind. I also do have a health condition, so there have been many of ER visits late at night or random early early morning needs for Gatorade to rehydrate or ibuprofen to bring down fevers (and other random necessities). It's extremely helpful that it's open 24 hours a day, and that no matter what time you're there you're greeted with polite staff. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because they have two lanes for pharmacy drive up needs and only ever use the one. The wait can be kinda long at rush hour times.”

“Can't thank the pharmacy crew enough for being on their absolute A game on 5/8/24. They caught a mistake in the rx that could have been very dangerous for my daughter and refused to fill it until it was corrected. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

“I pick up a monthly prescription here at CVS and I have to say that out of all the pharmacy's I've worked with (other CVS's included) this one at 11911 us 70 in clayton is incredible. The drive through is always quick, I've been going here once a month for about 6 months now and I've never waited longer than 10 minutes. I think it's because Anna, the pharmacy rep is always quick and efficient as well as friendly, which is rare for a pharmacy. 5 stars. Never using Walgreens again.”

“This has been my primary pharmacy since 2018. They’ve always been accommodating, pleasant and helpful. I constantly fill out the questionnaire about my experience when picking up my meds (10’s 10’s 10’s across the board as Momma Ru would say), but was shocked to find the rating on google so low. I blame myself because I have good service and never rated it before. I’m sure that’s the case across the board, the 99% with good service don’t rate, folks only do that when they have a problem, whether it was actually the pharmacy’s fault or not, and I hate that.

If you’re reading this and wondering if you should shop here or make it your pharmacy, that would be a resounding yes.

In the words of the great Ron Swanson, “ (Son), You should know that my recommendation is essentially a guarantee.””
