“First of all an honest and straight forward man. The price was right and he was very helpful with what needed to be done. It did take a little longer then expected but would definitely let him work on my truck again cleaned the engine as well. I had some gaskets and knock sensors replaced.”

“I called and spoke to a man named Brian. I told him that I was selling my car, and that I had a buyer, but the buyer wanted a side dent fixed or asked if I could come down on the sale price of the car. Brain asked me to come by and that he would take a look at the dent. Brian is a great guy! He looked at my car for free, gave me a free estimate for the cost of repair, and gave me solid advice and wisdom on what I should do in my situation!! This says a lot about a person and a business. I would bring my car or recommend anyone to come here! Thanks Brian!”
“One of the best customer service experiences! After failing a State Inspection for tire wear, I was in need of two tires to pass inspection. Also my wife and daughter were to head out of town in hours. Both of the gentlemen that provided service were professional. They even went out of their way to pick up the 2 tires from their Supplier to greatly reduce my wait time and so my wife could head out of town in less than two hours. “I contacted Mr. Bumper and he was a major help with my AC/Heat not working. He squeezed me in on a Friday and did everything he could to make sure I had some kind of heat working. He explained every step and all the possibilities of what could be causing the problem. He eliminated one option at a time. Very nice and very patient, but also straight to the point.”

He doesn't speak a lot of English, but he will be willing to work with you; he even added something to my car that was a little extra with no charge just to help me out. If you're tired of auto shops or independent folk screwing you over, go to him; he's a genuine person and good mechanic.”

“Drove from Wilmington helping a friend recover his father's Truck from impound. Both battery's were dead. Everyone went above and beyond to help! Finally got the Truck running with about 30 minutes of effort. The person who helped us was empathetic to the situation, patient, eager to help, almost intimidating with her mechanical knowledge, even more skilled with her common sense approach. The mind-blowing experience for me, is that she is Athletic and looked more like a college cheerleader. IF I LIVED IN the area, I would probably have my vehicle towed regularly just watch her work! Good people, great service. With a cheerleader who knows how to get her own truck out of the mud!

“I have been using clayton Lube and tune for my oil changes lately and love them. Then I thought I had an issue with my allignment, I brought it in for the allignment and staff found that a previous owner had replaced a strut with the wrong strut. They took me in the back and showed me exactly what was going with my car. They were nice enough to give me a ride back to my house so that I wouldn't have to wait at the shop all day and then the mechanic even stayed late to finish the repair so that he could get my car back to me that weekend! I highly recommend this shop, they will really take care of you and won't break the bank either.”
“Great Tire shop!! The Owner Terry was super understanding when I ordered the wrong tires from Tire Rack. I got new tires the next day and they got me in immediately.
