“A couple of months ago, I was driving to Charlotte for work and from far aways. While I was on the high way, my car, my stead, began to shiver and quake in an ungodly manner. It felt as if though my car had become a bouncy ball. I turned to my co-pilot and ordered them to search for the nearest mechanic. We took the nearest exit and pulled into this unknown place of “China Grove” uncertain of what people ran this quiet town. My car creaked, and grumbled into Whitely’s with what little energy it had left. Out from under the hood of the garage a man with silver hair and silver glint from the sun that his smile. From that moment on I knew I was in good hands. They stayed open after hours to replace a snapped axle and got me out of there and on my way. Forever grateful, thank you.”

“Spent 2 months looking for a replacement vehicle for my daughter. From winston to Charlotte, from mega dealers to individual sellers. Happened to drive by Primo on the way to a lot in Kannapolis and so glad I did. By far the best customer service…hands down. The cars are in very good shape, prestine actually, compared to what I’ve seen at other lots. Enrique and his staff actually listened and were so helpful.
