Schedule a 9:30 appointment and waited over 30 mins to be seen! I what’s the point of an appointment if you guys aren’t on time?

Went inside bank due to problem with ATM. Service was fast and friendly and they got the problem fixed everyone in the place was acting the same way to customers. Nice experience!
