Walgreens offers prescription refills, health and beauty products, photo printing and more for customers. The pharmacist was great, called to go over medication, was concerned and made customers at ease about medication. A customer went in for a vaccine and saw a new girl in training with a perfect smile in the pharmacy department. The sales associate was helpful, assisted with graduation cards and anything else needed, and was fantastic and for everyone.
Waited in line for 30mins then was told that I had to wait another 30mins if I wanted my prescription. All it was just needles to inject medication.

This is by far the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever visited in Charlotte. I’ve been waiting in line almost an hour to get a prescription and I still haven’t received it and not to mention the customer service is terrible! I will be changing my pharmacy as soon as possible. This is absolutely ridiculous!

The pharmacy was very helpful! The prescription was filled quickly. TK checked me out and found a coupon that saved me $20. The entire pharmacy staff was friendly to the customers. Definitely a 5 star experience!
