Susan was incredible! She treated me and my wife very well, I was surprised that she spoke Spanish too, what a talented girl! I loved coming here and I will definitely come back, they gave me a free phone too, very grateful to be a Verizon customer. :)

I am so impressed with Kenneth. I came into the store earlier today and was seen right away. My phone was very outdated and he patiently, respectfully, and kindly explained everything to me. I left the store with my new devices in about an hour. Completely pleased with my experience end to end!
