Den of thieves! They stole 5,000 of my money by promising line of credit for my company and with zero basis deny my loan and refused to return my money!

This review is for BoA online. Certain functions on the website and through the mobile app doesn't work as advertised. Also, the ability of online support staff to help fix problems is very limited and not helpful. I'm very disappointed with these banking tools.
