“This place is the best! They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. We had a damage from a trip to DC- someone really wrecked it while it was parked along the street. We weren't sure if it could be repaired and they hunted down parts for the repair! They are exceptional!”

Patrick in the shoe dept love his job and is EXCEPTIONAL at it! He spent quality time with not only myself, but other customers at the same time. Patient with everyone, asking questions and making recommendations to fit each person's needs. He spent almost an hour with me (off & on) to make sure I had the perfect shoe on an upcoming trek and I absolutely love it.
In addition, when I went to checkout--John. He was so friendly even asking questions about my upcoming travels and services provided by REI. When I shared with him how impressed I was about Patrick asking how to make sure to recognize him, he took time out to share with me how because he wanted to make sure his co-worker was recognized for his exceptional service. Wow! Oh and the store had already closed-he stayed late to ring me up.
I recommend this location for their products & services. It is obvious they do a great job informing their Team in order to elevate every customers experience and needs.”

“This is a great Disc Golf store with very knowledgeable employees that are very helpful and nice. My only gripe on why I am giving it a 4 star and not a 5 star is because I do not like the new arrangement they have done with their discs. They used to have it arranged by the manufacturer and is now organized by type of disc. I see the benefits of the new arrangement but I preferred the old one. Still a great store.EDIT: After getting used to the new layout, I see why they did it. I absolutely have changed my mind to it. I enjoy the new layout because I get introduced to more companies and discs I otherwise wouldn't have.”

Within a matter of a week, my family and I have come back to this particular location 3 times and ordered between 1 to 3 pairs of Fenty x Creepers shoes each time. The staff has gone above and beyond to go to the back to grab different colors and sizes for myself and my family as our sizes are typically never on the floor and also notify us about any promotions or size conversions. Even when the scan has stated they may not have it in the store the employees would still go and check the stock room. I would highly suggest going to this location as they also keep it very clean and organized! Great job to the staff at this location.”
