“My first visit and purchase here. Greeted nicely when entered, also informed regarding the wait time due to the number of customers awaiting service. I watched how the salesman interacted with the existing customer, this was to determine whether I was willing to wait and stay or just c go to Academy, Cabela’s or elsewhere. Observation proved that it would be worth the wait to stay and make purchase here, due to the salesman attention to his customers.Upon my call, I was asked asked a few question so that the salesman assures himself of my footwear needs for fitment and style. My sizes were measured professionally to assure proper figment. Salesman then brought out a couple sizes and styles for me to try on, this again was to assure a proper fit and confortability… tie was definitely important to me because I was changing from a lace up style to a slip on boot style, which is different.Upon my final decision, the salesman double checked to make sure they I had knowledge on proper boot care, and offered their line of care product if I had need of any.Two week later I call and go back into the same store, same salesman assisted me due my phone call and my visit that evening… Again, another satisfied visitation and awesome great customer service.Needless to say, they won my business and I will be doing more when it comes down to my work footwear purchases.By the way, my salesman name was Ronald…THANKS RONALD, RED WINGS IS BLESSED TO HAVE YOU AS A STAFF MEMBER, YOU ARE A MARKSMAN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE; A GREAT REPRESENTATIVE FOR THEIR COMPANY!!!”
“Jessie was super kind, patient, personable, and he knew his specialty very well!! Me and my husband went in for an evaluation to purchase some good work shoes. Both of us have problem feet and we are both healthcare professionals on our feet for 8-10 hour shifts. Jessie picked the perfect shoes for both of us. We will definitely be back. The prices are very reasonable too.”

“the store is full of clothes that are so obviously carefully picked to be statement pieces you won’t find elsewhere. The owner is incredible and will go above and beyond to help you find something that’s perfect for you and so clearly cares about everyone who walks into her store. In terms of affordability you won’t get price gouged and everything seems reasonable. I couldn’t recommend this place more.”
“My husband and i have recently had great customer service from Ashley and Joanne. He bought a number of clothing items which needed tailoring and then found out he needed the clothes earlier than he had expected. When I called Ashley to see if that was possible, her reply was to say: YES, her job to make sure that was possible! Also, he needed a tux rental and we needed to get it from Charlotte to San Diego. Joanne helped us work that out..and then Ashley told me that she had ordered two sizes of tux shirts for him, since he was not able to try anything on before we left for CA. “Phenomenal service. Langdon at Sun and Ski is an absolutely incredible manager and bike expert. He went completely above and beyond to ensure that I had an incredible experience at Sun and Ski. Not only did he repair the bike I brought in for a reasonable price but did it on a very short time frame when no one else in the area couple help out. So thankful and definitely recommend him and Sun and ski!”

“When I was a employee there I Loved it until this one assistant manager tried to sit me up like I was a thief then after I quit she claim they found what was missing she had it all the time because I saw her when she took it out of the cash draw said she was going to the bank at the end of the shift she claim that money was missing "" she didn't like me I didn't care because one thing about it God knows and see everything and I am like I said to her I'm a minister let's call the police and find with the money is she try to get me to leave the store so she can put it on me but I told her no I'm going to sit there until we leave the store and that's what I did and I just never showed up but I loved in my job and I think that it's fashion is the bomb fashion wise wow I love it but I just haven't been back over there to shop because I do not like the way they did me for no calls so I hope this get to corporate office cuz I tried to reach out and call you guys to let you all know what happened My name is Louis Owens and I love it's fashion Metro if you ever need a model let me do it I am the one God bless”
