Pumps lately have not been reading my credit cards and gas is making my car run horrible(93 gas). I don’t think that they are using true Shell gas. I will now be going to the Shell location on Carmel Rd from now on. Thank You

Horrible pumps! I don't know why I even bother trying... today was my last attempt to fuel up here. Suppose they prefer cash only since the pump readers are useless.

Cannot pay at the pump even with a Shell card. Attendant does not speak English. Very frustrating.
