The older lady that works here has a horrible attitude to be in CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is one of the reasons you're seeing SELF CHECKOUT everywhere because eventually it'll be AI doing these jobs!!
Attitude matters..... AT ANY JOB ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Stopped by this Shell on Wednesday and had a smooth experience. The lady at the register was nice and provided good customer service. While I was there, I took pictures of the Starbucks Frappuccino bottles and a variety of water bottles—they had a decent selection.

Another failed attempt to use the restroom before gassing up, and getting coffee. This time was the bathrooms are closed for the day. It's always something with 7-11.
