I bought 4 items from this store and when I got home I saw that the shoes were missing and I called the number on the receipt and they hung up on me and put their fax machine sound on.

Manager had a horrible attitude! We asked if she could look up a item in concord and her response was “ I don’t know anything about concord” and that’s fine but you could’ve assisted and perhaps even sold that item!
