“Let me tell you about this rock-star Verizon salesman at the Providence Farm Lane, Charlotte NC location. This guy went above and beyond for me. He motioned me over to the Verizon booth set up at the Southern Living Christmas Show back in November and did his job. I left with an upgrade for my whole family. He took the time to explain the devices, and work with me in sending my old devices back even after I returned home. I do not live in Charlotte, actually about 2.5 hours from Charlotte, but he gave me his contact information to have for any questions. Fast-forward there was an issue with my bill in which I attempted 3 times to handle it myself with customer service only to get angry and hang up on the "Customer Service Professionals" each time. When I reached out to JT he was as kind as always and said he would work on it for me. He not only worked on it but advocated for me on the call with the customer service rep to get the issue resolved. This goes above and beyond his duty to the customer but that is who he is. If you ever need cellular services from a person of true character, professionalism, and charm, he is your guy. Go check him out for all your cellular needs.”

Jessica is just such a great manager and everytime I come to the store at the Eastridge mall location she was so structured and even over here. “This service exceeded any expectations I may have had. My husband has had and used his iPad for several years. He told me that he was not able to charge it any longer. I figured, probably time for a new iPad. On a fluke, I just happen to Google Phone Fix it. And up this business. It is a mobile business, I think the gentleman must’ve been close by. He was at our house within five minutes, My husband walked out to meet the gentleman, (Sam) they met in our driveway, Sam took the iPad into his vehicle.. My husband came back in the house. I got a phone call, in less than five minutes telling me that everything is working perfect now. That was shocking in itself. I met Sam as I walked outside, sure enough the iPad was working perfectly. All this for $50. As we sat in the comfort of our own home for five minutes. I have to say I was pretty blown away. I wish everyone conducted business this way. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Sam was extremely polite, professional articulate, and a true gentleman. Made our day!”

“I brought in my 3 month old Samsung Galaxy Buds3 because the left one suddenly wouldn't play at the same volume as the right one. The service tech, Jorge Carvajal, revieed the settings on my phone and the settings in the Galaxy Buds3 app. After a factory reset and app software update, he determined the left bud was defective. He said Samsung/Assurance would replace them and gave me a ticket # and a number to call. Jorge was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive.”
