Jessica is just such a great manager and everytime I come to the store at the Eastridge mall location she was so structured and even over here. And Leon was a long term at Eastridge mall assistant and I loved his energy and although I’m sad they left I’m happy they are on to better their journeys I’m kinda upset I have to drive here lol.”

“Well I just have to say that my experience with T-mobile is great & before I joined them. I was just coming another prepaid phone carrier which was Metro by T-mobile but everything was good at Metro by T-mobile until they gave me a replacement cellphone which was a samsung galaxy a14 5g. The one that I bought back in February 2023 was new but gave a replacement on it & Metro by T-mobile just lost my business & when went to T-mobile back in August 13th 2023 & I for a prepaid plan but T-mobile did a excellent job when they gave me a postpaid plan but first it was a $90 plan. Now it's a $60 plan. So as of this August 13th 2024 will soon be a year since I've been with T-mobile. It's just a excellent experience for me. At this T-mobile their good at what they could do for u! Thanks T-mobile!!!”

“First and foremost Nat, Nat is the person to go to! She and this other guy that was next to her (wish I asked for his name) was truly helping me through the whole process. Granted it took longer than I expected but I originally went in for the home internet and came out with a new phone, home internet and other offers. The only slight downfall is we didn't go over the Netflix on us offer and the free security cameras due to me having to leave for work. However I will call the store and ask if that's still available. Either way still very happy with my purchase and at a great price. Thank you Nate and the guy that was with her!”

There were problems with my account from the transfer, and she was able to figure out every one of the issues. The amount of knowledge she has about everything from Verizon's system to the phones themselves is incredibly impressive. She also has a great coaching managerial style and her employees (and Verizon) are very fortunate to have her. Thank you again Assata for all your help!”

“I was referred to Dr. Nami by a well regarded immunologist. When I contacted the office, I was scheduled promptly. I have a very unusual set of issues that has stumped doctors for years. He was open-minded, curious, and thorough. He uses a better-than-average lab and had a lab staffer on site, an important distinction. He did a thorough set of labs and reviewed them with me. He recommended supplements (not solely), an approach that has been effective. Two important notes: he was candid about the results and he said "Treat the patient, not the number." That last one is really unusual in my experience. The office management is not as good as it should be and the office itself is modest. I appreciate that he treats a wide range of the community and speaks multiple languages.”

“So we have been having an issue with our account for almost a week. Customer service has been no help. We walked into the store here by North Lake Mall and Maegan who works here helped us in less than 15 mins. She is amazing! She stopped us from leaving T-mobile and was so personable the entire time. She made us feel valued and appreciated as customers even when multiple customer service reps from T-mobile customer service made us feel bad and unvalued. I’m grateful.”
