The staff was very friendly and helpful while my stay at the hotel. Accommodations were quite quick when I needed to request more towels and I would definitely recommend this location to others.Rooms: Was nice and quite clean.

me and my boyfriend come here every time where in Charlotte area, it's has nice location, offers alot around you food wise and not far from entertainment. it's always quiet and peaceful and clean. the staff is friendly.

Front desk people awesome, but that’s the only good thing. I’ve had roaches, fire alarm randomly goes off, and place always smells gross. Can’t give it more than 1 star.
