“We were in the market for a new stove. Over a few days I visited the normal “big box” stores to find that most did not have what I was looking for on display. I found Queen City Appliances and noticed they had very good customer feedback. I was throughly impressed upon arriving. They have every model and brand of appliance imaginable, on the floor to look at. We were quickly able to find what we were looking for. Bullet was super friendly and helpful. They price matched other stores, offered free delivery, haul away fees are lower, and hookup cords were cheaper. Stove was delivered next day, early. Great communication by the delivery drivers. They are not outsourced. Truck says Queen City Appliance. We even received a phone call after the installation to make sure we were completely satisfied. They do it right!! We will be buying all major appliances with them going forward. Truly impressed!”

“Guys here were friendly and helpful. Had my order ready for pickup when I arrived which was important for me. I ordered online 20mins before closing and it said I couldn't pickup til the next day. Called the store and they were more than happy to pull it and let me grab it that night. May not seem like a big deal but I'm a trucker and usually my time is limited and I'm limited on where I can fit with a semi. I had to leave the area that night so this was the difference from having my Quest 3 now or possibly not for another few weeks or a month until I could get home to a regular vehicle.”

The lines were super long in self check out. Opted to go to a cashier and wait was similar. The cashier was patient. Bathroom was clean.”

Kendall was passionate and very patient, his knowledge about this industry is unreal. Rob (the owner) has master communication and runs that place like clockwork.
