“AJ at T Mobile on Military Trail in BOCA is simply the best! He has patience, knowledge and he's a true professional. If you need help with an issue, AJ will figure it out. The 2 locations near me are either closed or under renovation. I'm actually thankful that I had to travel East to resolve an issue. In the past, I've dreaded having to go into a store for assistance because it normally takes a very long time before someone can see you.”

Located on the west side of 95 in Boca, it was very clean and very nicely laid out. I went to get some shaving products and their selection and prices were very good. There were a lot of people paying for their items, so checkout took a bit long, but no major issues...”

“Another location told me I had to go to a corporate store to get a “credit check” that was a lie, but rep Zafer told me not to worry and got me a new iPhone 14 in less then 15min, he was very professional and made the experience very easy. He also did this when the store only had 20min left till closing because I was told to drive 20min out of my way he did everything he could to help me. I highly recommend this location and ask for ZAFER!!”

“I previously had a 1 star for this location but after visiting a few times a month for last 3 years, I have seem them improved. The employees aren't always the most pleasant but I dont take it personaly, the job is difficult. People suck lol. Just keep working hard, the place is always clean. Thank you for making the short top-ins bearable.”
