“Greetings. I would like to ask you for help in finding a sponsor under the U4U program for two women and a 2-year-old child from Ukraine. We don’t need the support itself; we have a small supply of finances to start life. I am a husband, I will work, I can do any repairs and dry cleaning, I have found a sponsor, and I am already waiting for the “Travel autorisaton code”. But for the wife, child and mother-in-law, there is no sponsor. We plan to live in Charlotte, NC. That is, we do not need financial assistance. I will be very grateful for your help. Or tell me where to look. Thank you very much for your help.@camphubua”

“I heard good references about Naca and decided to look for every family's dream. The most important thing is that there are no initial charges or closing costs and very low interest rates. so we go for that goal with the blessing of God and the help of our guide Juan Guzmán”

“stayed there 35 days, after our son had been lifefighted from winston salem. we had 3 years of life in novant hospital in winston and many trips to charlotte. we had a happy ending after a liver transplant. The Hospitality House was our shelter in the storm. After long days we walked in knowing we had something to eat and and a comfortable bed, then breakfast to start all over. The place was always spotlessly clean and stocked by "ANGELS". The staff was amazing in every way: friendly, caring, supportive and answering questions. STAYING THERE FELT LIKE HAVING A FAMILY. Looking back we would like to thank all the clubs, organizations, businesses, and caring people that support HOSPITALITY HOUSE, You can feel the love when you walk in the door. Everybody needs help, Everybody can help. Give time, send snacks, toiletries, non perishables, cards of encouragement, and donations be a blessing to someone in need”

I highly recommend you go and experience it for yourself. It's exciting to see where the shoeboxes are going that you help process. It's a blessing to know that millions of children around the world will have an opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus!”

“The only place I’ll ever go and I’ll tell you why.We bought our tree Thanksgiving week, as most do. After almost a week and a half of our tree absorbing huge amounts of water it all the sudden stopped. We were worried we had done something wrong and so I called Snowflake village and spoke with them and got some tips of what I could do but that this can happen. After another 5 days with no change and our tree drying out I messaged them with my worry and concern that it would not see Christmas Day with the dryness consuming it.Immediately they reached out and they provided me with some details that Brian the owner would reach out. He did and what a pleasant and the most helpful person/business-owner I’ve ever met. He was quick with the help and plan of action. He helped me pick out a new tree no charge, and even walked the lot to inspect each one that was a candidate. He sets the standard on how a business owner should run something, and shows his passion and love for helping the customers. There are not enough words to describe how great a person he is.I know most people may have already stopped reading this review, and say but it’s just a Christmas tree lot. But to the staff and ownership of Snowflake Village you all are what makes that place special and what makes the holidays happy, and you have saved a Christmas for us at least! To anyone looking for a tree in the Charlotte area, I would recommend no other place! I will be back for many years to come.Merry Christmas!”

“I came as a volunteer with my daughter’s school field trip. This place is amazing! I wish I had something like this when I was growing up- a little “town” that can teach you about personal responsibilities, life lessons and finance. I really enjoyed working with my little ‘team’ at the bank. The kids had a blast! I will definitely be back to volunteer :)”

“I went here trying to return back to work and or weather expand my skills to return back to work. I got applications for employment not much direction than to sign up for a class in finance to assist in the banking industry. I left there and found a job immediately. However as a disabled person that needs the correct directions and is in need of new working skills and I will return again very soon. I was turned away years ago on my 1st visit I did get a little farther this time. I'm hoping that my 3rd attempt should be beneficial.”

“I want to say a huge thanks to such a unique organization like International House. They help people adapt, learn English, and make new acquaintances. Here I met amazingly kind people from different countries. Every lesson is truly an English conversation! Most of all I want to mention two teachers - Eve and Rony, they make you feel comfortable, they listen to their students, and teach. Each of them has its own teaching format. For example, Rony walks among the students during the class and listens to them, and later tries to figure out grammatical mistakes. I think this is amazing. I would like to attend his classes more often! And Eve shows new words on cards, even brings special details from home, because visually we remember more words!”

We checked the website before coming and there was no mention of this in the store hours, but the hours have been updated recently. It would have been nice to know this before driving 45 minutes and saving the trip! Please update the hours on your website and Google Maps.”
