“We had a very positive experience with Alamo last week. We had a reservation in Myrtle Beach for the week, but when our flight from Charlotte to Myrtle Beach was delayed 7 hours, I called Alamo, and they were able to expeditiously change our reservation into the same type of vehicle so that we could drive the 4 hours, instead of hanging out to wait on a delayed flight.”

“Overall experience with Enterprise employees was excellent. Charlotte Airport layout to get you to your rental cars is horrible. They need better signage due to construction. Stood in front of a elevator for 15 minutes waiting to get to the level to access rental cars.”

“Willie and A.D. were both highly professional and knowledgeable about products. I observed them using patience and kindness to all customers during my visit. The car drove well and was detailed to perfection. Highly recommend. The deposit hold was released quickly once vehicle was returned.”
“Only problem I had was my Handicap Decal was left behind and once I returned to Maryland and realized that I didn't remove it from the drivers side sun visor..I went out late for a grocery run and reached for my Handicap Decal and realized I left it in Charlotte and immediately reached out to Customer Service at least 3 times.I follow up today for the agent to say that it wasn't found. Im not believing that at all and I very disappointed with the outcome.. if one of your workers have it. I reported stolen and it has a serial# that is registered through the state of Maryland.In the event you are stopped by the police it is reported as STOLEN..

“I’ve rented several vehicles for a variety of reasons, including car repairs and trips out of town. While there has been some minimal damage from past renters, the vehicles are still clean and generally in better condition than those from most rental companies. My union partners with one major company, but I prefer another for its convenience and numerous locations. They are always quick to get you into your rental and efficient when it comes to returning it. When I needed to extend my rental for an extra day, they made it easy with just a simple phone call. Keep up the good work!”

“Not the cheapest place but they helped us out in a pinch. It was a bit confusing what counter to go to. They have one for normal customers who need wheels to go to, and a separate one in the garage for their rewards customers.The staff that moves the car in the garage are a bit rude, and not super helpful. When returning my car they got mad because I didn't wait at the returns area. There was no one there and I had places to be so I parked the car exactly where I had rented it from and one of the tenders got a little attitude with me because I returned it at the very minute I said I would. They wanted it early I guess. Maybe call and ask if I can bring it back a bit early for another customer? I would have tried.”

“*MUST READ review of Metrolina auto: Inventory is First class.... staff accommodating! I was involved with the dealership in 2014 - 2015 when founder, owner Towery M. Burris-Hunt was operating the place. He made announcements via local radio stations. Being a constant guest on Artie The One Woman Party Show. He stock the showroom with exotic cars he personally purchased. Usually parking his personal car collection including Red Ferrari White Lamborghini Spyder and blue upfront His partnership with Lamborghini, Ferrari , Pagani , Bugatti was key. It's known he was a beneficiary of Jim Scott acquiring a portion of Scott Jaguar Maserati of Charlotte when it was at 416 Tyvola Rd and owned luxury dealership Deals on Wheels Dubai. His primary salesman was Blaine. People in Charlotte know him as entertainer Trin2Hype. This store like other businesses he owned like Uptown Cabaret & Onyx are involved with something unusual. No one can find the once owner. Management at all three are covering up his existence. Despite his announcing it weekly on Artie The One Woman Party show WPEG Power 98 FM. I personally was involved there when he left his red Ferrari, White Lamborghini Spyder in the showroom. I have been seeking info..”
