“There was a gentleman at that particular station of Enterprise named Vic I had the car for 7 days and then I told him that my car that was being repaired was not ready and he was like so you mean to tell me you going to go home and stay in the house because your car is not running he convinced me that why should I let that stop my life I decided to get the car for two more days so I had it for 9 days all was good service excellent if I need a car again definitely going to Vic at Enterprise”

“I’ve rented several vehicles for a variety of reasons, including car repairs and trips out of town. While there has been some minimal damage from past renters, the vehicles are still clean and generally in better condition than those from most rental companies. My union partners with one major company, but I prefer another for its convenience and numerous locations. They are always quick to get you into your rental and efficient when it comes to returning it. When I needed to extend my rental for an extra day, they made it easy with just a simple phone call. Keep up the good work!”

Blake who is employed at the University City location in Charlotte NC made the process simple and quick. He informed me that my service charge would be back in my account in 2 business days and that I would receive an additional payback for the early return. I have reached out to customer service asking what that payback would be. I have yet to receive a response.”
