“The guys at the Hertz on Concord Pkwy. are amazing. John and JB (I think) were so nice and after my insurance adjuster and myself had a bad interaction with enterprise they came to the rescue. Despite being insanely busy they were polite, professional, friendly, and helpful. I rented a Malibu which I drove for 10 days with no issues at all. It was clean, had gas, and smelled good.
