Truist is a bank that provides both business and personal accounts. The bank has outstanding customer service, with staff who go above and beyond, showing terrific follow up and professionalism. One branch is noted as the best a long-time client has used. For health and safety, some services are temporarily adjusted, including drive-thru only teller services, in-person visits by appointment only, and select closures. Some branches without drive-thrus remain open with enhanced sanitization measures. It is rare for clients to be this happy with a big bank.

I run both my business and personal accounts through Truist, and their customer service has been outstanding. Out of all my years in business, this branch stands out as the best. I gladly go out of my way to visit whenever I need assistance.

It's rare that I'm happy with my relationship with a big bank, but Shawn/Sean who works there has gone above and beyond to ensure my account was set up and I could leverage their promotion.
