“I’ve been through a number of car issues in the last few years and a number of mechanics. Nobody has come close to the wonderful experience I had today with N Tune.I called them in the morning to say I’d be having my car towed because it was leaking gas. When I called in the afternoon to say the tow truck driver fixed it, they asked if I wanted to drive it in and they could make sure everything was okay. I asked if I could bring my dog, and they said yes. (Big points for this!!).When I got there, everyone was so kind. I’ve experienced a lot of condescension as a young woman in car shops & mechanics, but none of that was present. They took the time to explain everything I had questions about and more. I actually left fully confident in my knowledge & knowing a little more than when I had come in.Fully plan on bringing the other cars here. These guys were amazing.”
“I've been here a few times for routine maintenance and have always been very pleased. Customer service is awesome and I don't ever feel like I'm being "taken advantage of." I asked for them to look at my air filter today, as a matter of fact, because I thought it might need to be replaced. The tech came back in and said "nope, you're all set!" (Something I feel like wouldn't have happened at some previous places I've been to!) I appreciate their honesty and high-quality care! Plus, Duke (their black lab) is super cute!”
“I am so thankful that we were told about Lonnie's University Auto Center while visiting Auto Zone. Bryan was willing to take a look under the hood of my daughter's car even though he was covered up with work. He could tell right away what the problem was. Tolio, an awesome mechanic at the garage, grabbed everything he needed, fixed the problem, topped the car off with oil, and we were on our way. “I always do all my own automotive repairs on my vehicles however a total transmission swap was a little more than I could handle in my driveway. Between the Lexus dealer recommending Jakes & all of their phenomenal reviews on Google, I knew this was where I had to take my car. Frank in the front office was straight forward & on point with everything he said & did. There were no delays or run-a-rounds. The whole job was finished exactly on schedule with no issues....... My car is as good as new, though I didn't own it since new. Yes, it was pricey but, you get what you pay for & quality & respect is what I got at Jakes........ If you're ever in the same situation please go the extra mile for the knowledge & respect you'll get at Jakes. You will not be disappointed. I guarantee it & they do as well ?.”
