Living at Timber Hollow for several months has been fantastic. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the location is hard to beat, and my unit was spotless upon move-in. The leasing and maintenance teams are always helpful with any issues. I highly recommend Timber Hollow as a great place to live!

Honestly the bad reviews scared me, but the leasing office staff are soooo nice. Maintenance issues are fixed quickly. My apartment was newly remodeled and pretty nice! Nice gym and leasing office with free coffee and fun events each month!

Best value in Chapel Hill! Nice management, responsive maintenance. The clubhouse, fitness center and pool are beautiful. Right on the bus line and only 10 minutes to UNC/Franklin St. on the bus.
