“When I was shopping there this afternoon, I began to feel light headed and weak. Employees were extremely kind. Brought me a chair to sit down. And then Dian came and asked me if I had had lunch. I had not. She was very concerned and brought some peanut butter crackers for me she stayed with me and had very sweet concern in her eyes. She said,”We are community and need to take care of each other.” She helped me finish shopping and went to the cash register with me and then put on her jacket and walked me to my car. I hugged her and told her she was truly a blessing to me. I am extremely grateful for her kindness and concern. I just want to let everyone know how fortunate we are to have these kind attentive Food Lion folks in Our Food Lion. “Went in for these chips, had to look for them first time I purchase there with the chips all the other chips. On this occasion I had a find them with the beer and the cheese but it's okay they're on sale. They only come around turn this time of year around St. Patrick's Day and I was in the area so I was able to get them”
“Love this store. Great selection, great customer service. One time i got a product that had mold and i returned and showed them. They apologized, let us replace it with another of same or different brand and were extremely pleasant. It wasn’t their fault, product wasn’t expired, and it wasn’t obvious or easily visible, but they did right by us with no issue. This store is super nice.”

“This Harris Teeter location offers the best subs in town, and their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the mood for a delicious and affordable sub. Their sushi bar looks great and fresh as well. Hands down, a top notch choice compared to overpriced sub shops!”
“Nice clean and well organized and well stocked store. The Health Market staff is always very helpful when you need a helping hand finding a product! The only product that I am not sure about is their “wild caught” Atlantic or Sockeye salmon as it seems to occasionally taste and appear to have bones more like Coho salmon! I could be wrong in that assessment as I seldom eat any variety of meat or fish! I go for their very decent organic greens and fruit and the Prime Member discounts!”

Well here's mine: Location: 5Parking: 5Decor/Ambiance: 5Customer Service: 4Open 24:7 ... that's right seven days a week twenty four hours a day... and in Durham! The best thing smoking in this area. This location is always clean. And they are always stocked with everything I need. The staff is friendly and the location is kool. I'm just excited about it being open 24 hours a day. I wish the hot bar in the Asian bar was open 24 hours a day.”

“Shop here a LOT, sometimes twice weekly, and I can honestly say that this location is really awesome - organization, cleanness, products availability, quick shelving stocking, friendliest employees ever (especially in a fresh produce, cashiers and customer service). Restrooms facilities always clean! I am at the same distance from two locations (second one is Carrmil/Carrboro/CVS plaza), but what a huge huge difference! Wanna say special thanks to the managers for running this place so smoothly.”

“Lovely Village District location and very nice service. They went through a bit of a renovation recently and though this is a mid-sized HT, it does include a hot bar and soup & salad bar with nice selections, as well as a fresh pizza station and a chef's station up front. And sshhh, secret: It is also one of our favorite Starbucks. Far more consistent than corporate locales lately. The baristas are always bright and cheerful, they've never once been out of anything, and they always get our orders correct. Avoid grocery if possible on weekends. Parking and aggressive driving in the lot can be a comically stressful. Also, if you are waiting in line at the register and someone offers to check you out in self checkout, decline politely. LOL. They will not actually help before getting pulled away, and you'll end up bagging and checking out yourself and will have lost your place in the other line.”
