Barre3 Chapel Hill is terrific! It’s always a great workout with kind people. You can always customize the workout to your level. Highly recommend!

This fitness space has a fun vibe. I've taken classes with Hope Folsom who is a total rockstar teacher. She keeps things very active, challenging and hip. I've never left a class that she hosted where I didn't feel challenged & motivated!
