I recently visited UPS Cornerstone Cary to return some equipment, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to Marisol and Ameka. From the moment I walked in, they provided excellent service, answering all my
questions with such care and professionalism.
Marisol, the manager, and Ameka were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, making the return process smooth and hassle-free. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly stood out, and I felt confident that my return was in good hands.
Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. I left the store feeling grateful for their assistance and impressed by their commitment to excellent service. Be careful not to park in front of this store if you aren't going inside. We were in the parking space between this UPS and the cafe next door for less than three minutes to pick up our dog next door and a female employee came outside to yell at my husband to "get out of our parking space!" We were both kind of shocked at how rude she was about it.
