Triangle Compounding Pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy that specializes in personalized medicine. We work closely with physicians and patients to provide personalized medications for their unique therapeutic needs. We were the first pharmacy PCAB (Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board) accredited pharmacy in North Carolina and have served the region’s medical community since 1999 providing both sterile and non-sterile personalized medications. We use state of the art equipment and processes in making all personalized sterile and non-sterile medications. We meet stringent requirements in our compounding processes, by certified Pharmacy Technicians, and testing of end products to assure safe, quality preparations.
