2014 Review:
Well, I must join in with others in saying my experience with this Extra Space Storage Facility has been great so far. I relocated to NC 4 months ago and my transition into a new storage facility could not have been smoother and more pleasant without the help of Marguerite (and Lisa). The majority of my dealings has been with Marguerite and I must say that she is very professional, friendly, and the epitome of what excellent customer service is really all about. I love the fact that she remembers my name and who I am, but more importantly, she has always taken care of my needs, ensuring that I was satisfied with my storage unit. This facility is clean and well kept which will definitely keep customers coming back as well as attract new ones. Kudos to you Marguerite and the staff at Extra Space Storage for a job well done.”
“Did some searching for a reasonablely priced storage unit. I found here and I definitely recommend here. Service was excellent, especially from Erin who works here. As a person who previously worked in fast food/customer service, Erin did a great job in employee attitude and helpfulness. I would say she is very experienced in field. If the manager is reading, please make her employee of the month.”

“I have three spaces at the Cary parkway Public Storage. There are always some bad things you can say about a place and I don't agree with all of their policies because they do Jack up rates after you're in there. But one thing I can say about this particular location is the the person they have behind the desk whose name is Grace, is a God send. The friend will go out of her way to help you. It's always courteous, polite, And just a bright spot in your day when having to deal with business. I cannot say that for everybody that works there. There is a vast difference in the personnel. They should do everything in their power to keep this woman there.She keeps the place together 100% I had the opportunity to meet Jason. I think he's like the district manager or something. And he was extremely polite and nice to talk with too. I had a short conversation with him. I told him my pros and cons. On the place, and it seemed like he was willing to work on things that needed done. Also, they recently just put in all brand new doors so they open and close. Really easily. Anyway, if you go there and grace is behind the desk, you're good to go!”
