Billing department is terrible. I totally agree with others that have stated they never answer the phone and they never return messages. Have called multiple times in a day, left a message each time and never heard from anyone. Use ANYONE else. I'm currently searching for another company to use.

It was a pleasure working with Kelly. She gave me the opportunity to set up a feasible payment plan and set my own due date. She is definitely an asset to Respicare!!!

Billing is terrible. They have awful bill tracking. The billing dept does not take calls and you have to leave a message. They do not call you back. I should have done my research.
