  This was my first time mailing an item off from postal annex. The customer service was horrible. The young man who helped me was noticeable either not happy he was at work or that he was helping me. The experience was only unpleasant because of the customer service & that is more than enough to have me never come back.

  If your goal is simply to drop of a pre-labeled package, this place is great.
