Michael who was working at the pharmacy was friendly even though the inside pharmacy was busy.

Unable to reach anyone at the pharmacy even after it states that I’m being connected to the pharmacy. The line just goes silent. Tried a few times. Read other reviews and maybe I shouldn’t have transferred my prescriptions from the other CVS.
