“I have worked in service my entire career. I spoke to Josh briefly over an issue I was having with my sons lacrosse head, and he tried to help as much as he could, then he connected me with his manager Ross, who also went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. My issue was a warranty issue, and not anything directly related to my purchase at the store or anything like that. Yet they both went above and beyond to help. I know good service when I experience it, and know what high standards in service mean. These guys did not provide good service. They provided exceptional service. If you're looking for a business for quality products and pricing, along with high quality service, don't look anywhere else. Take your business to Lacrosse Unlimited. These guys are top notch!!
