“Rashmi saved the day AND I was the best dressed at the event... Aside from my beautiful sister the bride. I needed formal Indian attire for my sister's wedding in 2 weeks due to a shipping customs disaster with a different company. Rashmi saw the panic in my eyes and took care of everything. She let me try on countless outfits and there was a huge selection of women's attire to choose from. She graciously and patiently told me what would and wouldn't be appropriate for the formal black tie wedding and was very intuitive to my needs and style desires. “I found my dress at Lana Addison and the experience of finding it and the alterations was great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the communication regarding my dress from ordering it end of July/early August until it arrived April. I felt that I had to call the store to get updates and at times, it was unclear where the dress was to the staff as well. It was a little nerve-wracking, but at least I ordered my dress a year ahead of my wedding. Of course, I do not know all the ins and outs of the dress business but that is my POV as the customer. Otherwise, very nice staff and a great store!”
