“Larisa is amazing! I am very happy with my alterations services and would definitely seek Larisa’s expert artistry with future alteration needs. My experience with Larisa was positive and professional. She was responsive to my concerns and needs and I am very appreciative of the extra care she showed. Larisa was so gracious. For example, I unintentionally lost a little weight after I stopped taking birth control, and Larisa was able to squeeze me in to make sure that my measurements were precise. Thank goodness! At that second appointment, I forgot my wedding shoes, but she was able to prop my heels on books and still, perfectly measure the dress length. In the end, I was a few months pregnant on our wedding day, and luckily my dress till (tightly) fit, ha!…Larisa was understanding and responsive throughout my experience. She was impressively able to beautifully alter my dress with just one set of measurements. Her incredible skill is very apparent in both her process and final product. I definitely recommend Larisa. “I used Rene for fitting my wedding dress. She was very easy to work with. I was nervous taking my wedding dress to get tailored, but but she put me at ease. She has years and years of experience and made me feel comfortable right away. My dress only needed a few small alterations: tightened the sleeves, added cups to the bust, and let out the zipper.”

“Cute shop with knowledgeable, helpful, and professional staff for your bridesmaid dresses! Excellent communication and customer service. Would recommend. I narrowed down my bridesmaid dress shopping to a few Jenny Yoo dresses. I called ahead to make sure the styles were in stock to try, and they all were! It was easy to make an appointment a couple of days ahead of time. When I arrived, Skylar already had the styles I mentioned pulled up, as well as a couple of JY dresses in other styles to try for size. They will likely not have the color and size of the dress you want. They have the dresses in large sizes like 10-14, and will clip you into them. And you'll look at colors in another style. You'll order the exact dress through them at the end. The fitting was an hour, but mine ran to 1.5 hours including ordering the dress. Skylar was easy to talk to and patient. She said the made to order dresses take 14 weeks, and helped me narrow down options that were my size and ready to ship instead. They honored a coupon code from Jenny Yoo online, so it would not be more expensive to order through them. The dress arrived within 5 days since it was a ready to ship dress. I measured between sizes, and the dress was too big with minor defects (multipe chiffon strings hanging). Bella Bridesmaids immediately contacted Jenny Yoo, coordinated a return of the dress, and a new dress was immediately shipped within 1-2 days. The new dress is a better fit and didn't have the minor defects, so I'm glad I decided to get a new dress for that reason too. As an aside, Jenny Yoo's dresses are higher quality than bridesmaid dresses I've seen before, for the original price of $300.”

The lead stylist, Claire, called me a few days before my appointment to touch base and make sure all of my questions prior to the appointment were answered. Every dress that Claire pulled for me to try on was stunning, but she nailed what I was looking for in the first dress she pulled for me to try on. Claire made me feel comfortable the entire time, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable about alterations that could be made to the gowns.
