“This is the greatest place to buy pads and rotors. This spring I was at a track and I had forgotten my extra pads at home, a 20 hour drive away. I called KNS brakes on a Friday late morning hoping for a miracle and KNS delivered. They were able to confirm that a next day delivery would happen. “I just visited the store at 131 High House Rd. in Cary, NC. I have a BMW and the brake light came on, suggesting low fluid level. As soon as I entered the store Josh immediately asked what he could do to assist me, I guess he saw the hood up on my car. I'm ashamed to admit that I couldn't find the brake fluid reservoir, I told him! He came out, looked for a second and found it hidden under a removable plastic cover. Then not only did he check that but he looked at my power steering fluid too! He was courteous, knowledgeable and had a positive "I'm happy to help you" attitude. Thanks for having such good employees on staff!”
“First, let me start by saying I have been in customer service for over 20 years and was horribly disappointed with the treatment I received at the Durham Mercedes Benz dealership. I did not buy my GLB250 from them so I was turned away. I called twice and stopped by to for assistance with the Mercedes Me app. After a lot of frustration, I called the Cary dealership. I was put in touch with John Womack. He was very kind and helpful with resetting my app and providing details about my vehicle I was not aware of. I understand that I did not buy direct from the dealership but that should not negate my level of care if I ask for help. After working with John, I would highly recommend this location for advice, customer care, and service. My next Mercedes will be with the Cary dealership.”

“I had a fantastic experience working with Jess and Noah from the Cary location. I live about 2.5 hours away from the shop, and a deer ran into my 2023 Tesla Model Y in the Cary/Raleigh area while I was driving to see family. There was bad damage to my front bumper, headlight and passenger side door. I frantically showed up on a Saturday (while they were closed) and Jess happened to be inside that day and welcomed me in without hesitation. She took down all my information, and got to work right away following up with me first thing Monday morning. I filed a claim and they did a great job working with my insurance company. Jess was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process and made it easy for me with the distance I live away from the shop, being extremely flexible and accommodating. The whole process from start to finish took a little over a month, and the body work done was immaculate. You'd never think there was any damage done to the vehicle, and I'm very meticulous when it comes to my car. Honest people and quick turnaround times (aside from waiting for backordered Tesla parts, which is out of the shop's control). Can't recommend the folks at Relentless Collision (Cary location) enough.”

When I entered I was greeted and offered assistance, what I thought was simple turned out to be more complex. Michael went out of his way to go to my car and look under the shield to see exactly what kind of "gadget" I needed. He picked out a few sizes and measured them to be sure and got me situated. “Great fast service was able to get my key cut for my car without the car by bringing in my Registration and my Driver's License . The parts worker was very informative on the fact that I get my car re- keyed to keep the information so that if I ever need to rekey it I just bring in the information and another key can be made . Because the system does not automatically update.”
