“I recently had to send a large collection of delicate basket making materials to another state. Because I did not have a big enough box, I brought the entire collection of materials to the UPS store on Elliott Rd. The person who received the materials was efficient and patient. The materials were delivered on time to the recipient and she reported that everything was perfectly packed with excellent cushioning, and that nothing was jostled or damaged. Thank you, UPS Store!”

They have helped me with products for two very close deaths in my family within six months. “The UPS store at this location is so very good. I always have a good experience when I go to the store. It is organized clean and the staff is very helpful and smart about helping their customers. I went there today to mail a package to my mother for Mother's Day that I hadn't got to send her as well as something I needed to return to a store. The man taped up my boxes printed me labels gave me receipts gave me a better price and it was just all in all a great experience I love this store because the staff always pays attention and they are always very respectful and kind thank you for making my day better”

“Very convenient location. Very nice people and helpful. It is a little confusing as the FedEx service is offered inside the Walgreens. They did not know what an RMA was, which surprised me, but they were young. I told them and they were not sure if they sent them. I showed them the label and they said oh yes. It looked like they then used desk scotch tape to put the label on. Ouch! They must have no idea what happens to the boxes! In the future now that I know they do RMAs I will tape the label in advanced. I will be back for their services.”

“I came in last week to send legal documents to my brother in California. It was a terrible day because the legal documents were in reference to my mother's will. Literally the last thing I will ever be able to do for her. I was grumpy to say the least. But when I walked in I could hear this warm and friendly voice above the super annoying door bell, saying, "welcome to ups." I went straight towards that voice as the other two were busy, and there was a third watching everything from the back. When I reached the counter Darrick the csr asked how my day was going and I said alright how about yours. His reply was so old school and so southern that I had to giggle. So practical and so matter of fact. It reminded me of my mother. His reply simple and succinct " I woke up and put my feet on the floor". It left me thinking less about the deficits and more about the positives. What gem this guy was.”
