We had a long pole to return via FedEx, but we needed the right size boxes to ship it. Ray and the associate knew the exact dimensions of the boxes for the pole. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Kaitlyn and Jeremy are AMAZING at what they do. They are both VERY accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable of their craft. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who enjoys GREAT customer service with a friendly smile.

Super convenient for dropping off pre-labeled packages. But if you’re shipping with them, they overcharge for USPS flat rate boxes. I was charged $15.00 for a small flat rate box using them, but if you prefer-print the label through USPS, it’s only $9.45.
