“First greeted by an old basset hound takes me back to nostalgia. Jason was great at guiding me to the right diesel truck. I first tested out what I called for which was not what I purchased. Jason allowed to test drive each truck. Once I got back after the 3rd I found the one I like best.
The process with Jeff Ross on the financials was easy and efficient. HERE is the GREAT part. After the sale I noticed that the battery kept dying. Newish truck, why would this happen? After happening again I called Jason and said it was the batteries. Just FYI diesels have 2 batteries. He said, take it to the O’Reilys and grab 2 new ones and we are square…Talk about great customer service! I will continue to buy my cars and trucks from them as it was swift, great selection and the customer service after the sale was terrific! Thank you Jason Ross Auto Sales!”
