“I’ve had my BMW serviced here 2 times now and both times have been absolutely incredible experiences! In this last service, my A/C compressor was diagnosed as not working anymore and they had the new compressor delivered to them and installed in 24 hours. Now my A/C blows as cold as Antarctica. I highly recommend this shop to anyone for service needs, I’ve yet to purchase a car from them, but if I was looking, I would be looking there first. Their lot has the best looking cars in all of Burlington. 10/10 experience”

Don’t let the “salvage” title scare you away- they restore cars that had body damage, not anything mechanical or structural. For a brand new driver, we wanted a safe, modern car on a budget so Ida fit the bill. The restoration work was well done and when we discovered that the windshield wiper fluid tank was leaking 2 weeks after we drove it off the lot, they happily fixed it for free! This dealership was recommended by a good friend who had bought a car there and was very happy with their car.”

Brief review: Great prices, great cars, friendly people, no sneaky sales tricks, no sneaky added on fees when you go to buy.
Longer review: We bought a 2009 Suzuki SX4 from them back in 2021. It was a great price, better than we found not just in Burlington but including the areas from Greensboro to Raleigh. They did not try to push us or pull any of the sneaky sales tactics that you get at other dealers. I asked about the “Out the Door” price (price + taxes and title), and they told me immediately. They do the title and taxes, but they do NOT add on the sneaky “processing fees” or crap like that. The Suzuki was amazing and reliable. We put about 60k miles on it and only ever had to replace brake pads due to normal wear. It was in an accident and totaled, but we loved it and it kept the driver safe! We came to them to find our next car. Just bought a beautiful 2011 Toyota Camry. I still researched all over and they have the best price for value, period. It drives like a dream, and I know it will be reliable.”

“I’m shocked at all the reviews that are one star ratings. My experience couldn’t have been better. My girlfriend saw a 2012 dodge Challenger on the lot, a week later I went to test, drive it and wound up purchasing it from him. The car is tight, 104,000 original miles, came with a Carfax sheet of maintenance, and I think that’s where people are going wrong. Maybe they’re not buying a car from him that actually has a Carfax sheet. Today I will be purchasing my second vehicle from Doug, a 2017 Nissan four-door pick up. Always check the Carfax. When somebody maintains the car very well and has all the paperwork? You can’t really go wrong. Again, my experience has been five star for both he and his son. I will update when I get the Nissan today”

“About 3 months ago, I had lost 2 cars in 2 months and was totally desperate for a decent ride. I had only 2000 dollars to my name.Terry said that he had a 2002 Dodge Neon that had 193,000 miles on it that he could sell me at that price and it simply needed some tlc and possible minor repair. He told me that it ran pretty good....He wasn't lying!?12,000 miles later, I have put 300 dollars into it and she runs like a dream!Thank you Terry!
