One of the mechs, i did not catch his name, showed great customer service today. I lost a slider pin for my mtb brakes. He quickly found the right one and had me on my way. Thanks Squatch Bikes!

The map table in the middle of the shop was a great touch and the staff took time to share knowledge and recommendations for trails.

Great experience! This shop truly stands behind their work. I had my bike serviced and a couple of items needed a bit more attention. Pat told me to bring it in and they would make it right. They did just that, no extra charge. Highly recommended. I will definitely be going back.
